The Council of Architecture (CoA) has declared the NATA 2019 second phase result on July 19, 2019. The result has been declared online on the official website of NATA, nata.in. The second phase test of NATA 2019 was held on July 7, 2019. Candidates can check the result on the website and download it as well.
Candidates can check the result by visiting the link of the official website of NATA. On the homepage of the website, click on the option ‘NATA 2019 Results’. After clicking on the option for results, you will be directed to the new window where the results for both the phases of NATA 2019 will be displayed. Candidates will have to click on the option for second phase results. Next, candidates will have to login by entering the application number and the password. After submitting the details you will be able to access your NATA 2019 second phase results. After checking the result, download and print out the same.
A total of 35784 candidates applied for NATA 2019 First Test. Out of these many, about 32856 candidates appeared at 191 centers all over India and one center in Dubai at which. Out of the 32856 candidates, a total of 27232 candidates qualified for NATA 2019.
For NATA 2019 Second Test, about 35651 candidates applied for the test. NATA 2019 2nd attempt was conducted at 189 test centers all over India and at one center in Dubai. A total of 18126 candidates appeared for the test, out of which, 14589 candidates qualified.
When the candidates open their results, they will find important details in it. The details include basic details like the Name of the candidate, Roll number and Registration number.
The NATA 2019 result will also hold important details like the Marks obtained in each section, total marks obtained out of Maximum marks, Merit secured and the Percentile marks.|Check the List of Institutes accpeting NATA score
To qualify the NATA 2019, 25% marks in the MCQs part and 25% marks in the Drawing part must be secured by the candidate. The overall marks depend on the post-exam statistics as well as at the discretion of the council. If all of the above conditions are not fulfilled, then the candidate will not be considered qualified. For candidates who have appeared in both phases of NATA 2019, the result will act as a scorecard. The best of the two composite mars will be mentioned in the scorecard. The candidate must keep in mind that the NATA 2019 Result will only be valid for the session of 2019-20.
Along with scoring the minimum marks in the entrance exam, candidates must keep other things in mind that will determine admission in B.Arch course in a reputed college. Candidates must score 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and minimum 50% marks in aggregate of class 12 level exam. Or the candidate must have passed 10+3 diploma examination (with Mathematics as a mandatory subject), with at least 50% in aggregate. No direct lateral admission is allowed at any other year/stage of the B.Arch course based irrespective of the qualification.
The National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) is conducted by the Council of Architecture (CoA since 2006. The entrance exam measures the aptitude of applicants in a specific field, i.e. Architecture. CoA has decided this year to conduct the NATA twice a year so that students who are unable to write the exam in the first phase can do so in the second. Students who have given the first phase exam but want to improve their score can also benefit from this decision.
