Nainital Bank Limited has advertised two vacancies for the posts of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in Officer’s Grade/Scale-IV or V. In separate recruitment advertisements released by the Bank at its official website, the complete details of the recruitment into the two different posts are indicated. Eligible candidates are invited to submit their applications in the prescribed proforma before the corresponding last dates. The last date of receipt of applications for CFO is July 07, 2020. The last date of receipt of applications for CTO is July 15, 2020.
The Bank has specified that there is one vacancy each for the posts of Chief Technology Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Finally selected candidates are posted conventionally at the head office of the bank in Nainital although they can be alternatively posted in any of the regional offices in Haldwani, Dehradun, and Noida. Selected candidates are appointed at Scale-IV at the pay scale of 50030 – 1460 – 55870 – 1650 – 59170 or at Scale V at the pay scale of 57520 – 1650 – 1800 – 64270 for an initial probation period of 02 years. However, appointed candidates will also have scope for career progression through internal promotion as per the policies of the Bank. The appointments are done as regular whole-time employment following the probation period.
In order to apply for the post of CTO, candidates must be within the age range of 35 to 55 years and have an Engineering degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or an MCA degree. In addition, 15 years of experience in the relevant area is compulsory to apply for the post. For the post of CFO, candidates must be between 35 and 50 years of age. They must be a qualified Chartered Accountant with 15 years of experience in relevant areas in order to apply. Applicants are to be selected for the advertised posts through a preliminary shortlisting on the basis of qualifications following which, the final selection is to be done through direct interview. The Bank intimates the place and date of the interview to the shortlisted applicants through the email.
