Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) has decided to postpone the Boards Exam 2021. In the view of COVID-19, the MP Board Class 10th and Class 12th are postpone for a month. Now, the Class 10th and Class 12th Boards exam will commence from June 2021 onward which were earlier scheduled from April 30, 2021. An official notification in this regard has also been published online that is displayed below.

With the rising number of COVID-19 cases across the country, candidates and guardians were concerned about the exam being taken offline. Parents are questioning about the safety of their children taking examinations at the different centre where the risk factor is high. Students took to Twitter to request MPBSE to postpone the exam.
Acknowledging the concern, the Board has decided to postpone the examination for a month. It stated that “in the view of preventing the possible danger of COVID-19 infection, gathering/attending of a group of students at one place and to prevent the spread of Coronavirus, the Boards exam are postponed.”
The MP Board Class 10th and Class 12th Exam will take place from the first week of June 2021. Exams for all subjects will take place in a month sporadically concluding in the last week of June 2021. A revised MP Board Exam Date Sheet will be released online at mpbse.nic.in.
In the recent press conference, the school education minister Inder Singh Parmar called Coronavirus Pandemic ‘dangerous’ and said that it won’t be easy to conduct Boards exam in the state. He also added that the Practical Exam dates are extended to May 15, 2021. There would be no time limit for practical exams. Students will are able to appear for the practical exam at their convenience.
Moreover, with the rising number of COVID-19 cases, MP Board has also decided to shut the schools from Class 1 to Class 8 in the state. The schools will remain close till June 15, 2021. Any update regarding the opening of the school will be shared later on.
Also, the admit cards for MP Class 10 and Class 12th are available online. Aspirants can download their respective call letters from mpbse.mponline.gov.in. They have to navigate to the admit card download link and click on ‘MPBSE Admit Card 2021’. Select the class, enter the login credentials and click on submit button. The call letters will now be displayed on the screen. Aspirants can download it and save it for future reference.
