Mudra Institute of Communication Ahmedabad (MICA) has released the MICAT 2 Admit Card 2019 on the official website. Candidates who have registered for the second session of MICAT 2019 can download their admit card from mica.ac.in using the registration/user id and password. The window to access the hall ticket will be available until the exam day ie February 09, 2019.
After downloading the hall ticket, candidates must make sure that all the details on it are printed correctly. In case of any discrepancies, contact the MICA authorities immediately to rectify the errors. As only a few days have been left for the exam, download and correct the errors (if any) as soon as possible. On the exam day, it is important to carry the copy of colored MICAT admit card and identity proof. Without these documents, there will be no entry in the examination hall. Also, candidates must reach centre in time to avoid the last minute rush. Importantly, do not carry any debarred inside the examination hall.
MICAT is a computer-based examination having a mix of subjective and objective type questions. Candidates have to maximize their attempts in the time limit of 2 Hours and 45 Minutes. The paper will be divided into 6 sections naming Psychometric Test, Logical Reasoning, Analytical & Verbal Ability, Divergent Thinking, General Awareness, and Descriptive Test.
For the preparation of the exam, candidates can refer to the sample paper available at the official website. The mock papers are helpful to know the type of questions that could appear in the examination. The exam conducting body also releases the mock test link for the exam preparation. Only the registered candidates can access the link for the practice.
After the conduction of the exam, candidates will able to download the MICAT 2019 Scorecard on February 19, 2019. The result consists of candidates’ performance on the basis of sectional and overall marks secured in the examination. Candidates clearing MICAT will be called for Group Exercise and Personal Interview round. Qualifying aspirants of MICAT I and II will have to appear for these rounds together.
MICA conducts MICAT two times a year. For now, the MICAT 2 session has been currently ongoing. After the result, the selection process for the Academic Year 2019-21 will commence. Final shortlisted candidates will get the chance to pursue PGDM-C programme. It is a flagship course by MICA and is best for candidates looking for a career in advertising, PR, marketing etc.
