The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra will be commencing the registration process for the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test or MAHACET 2022, very soon. As per sources, the notification has already been released in newspapers but the same is yet to be available on the official website – mahacet.org. The notification says that the online application and registration process will commence tomorrow, i.e. February 09, 2022. Candidates will be able to submit application forms up to March 31, 2022.
As per the image attached above, the eligible candidates are required to submit online registration forms for MHT CET 2022 via the official website – mahacet.org. The entrance examination is conducted for admitting candidates to various vocational courses in engineering, technology, pharmacology and agricultural education. Candidates will be given the facility to confirm their online application status by paying the late fee from April 01, 2022 to April 07, 2022.
It must be noted that the applications of the candidates who will register from February 10 to March 31, 2022 shall be deemed confirmed. No late fee is going to be charged from them. The online application and registration schedule along with the information booklet will be made available for MAHACET 2022 in due time. Candidates are advised to keep an eye on the official website to get more details regarding the same.
So far, the notification has not been put up on the official website – mahacet.org. However, it is speculated that the same will be available soon. In terms of eligibility criteria, the applying candidate should be an Indian national. This criterion is the same for all courses. Take a look at the steps which the candidates have to follow to fill up the MAHACET 2022 application form.
Step 1- Visit the official website at mahacet.org
Step 2- Now, click on the MHT CET 2022 link displayed under the ‘Notifications’ section
Step 3- A new page will open where the candidate has to click on ‘New Registration’
Step 4- Enter personal details such as name, last name, parent’s name, contact details, etc.
Step 5- The application number and password will be generated
Step 6- Candidates have to now log in using the same credentials
Step 7- After that, they have to enter details related to their domicile and category
Step 8- Then, they have to enter details related to their HSC and SSC qualification
Step 9- Now, they have to specify information pertaining to the subject group, language, etc.
Step 10- At last, one has to upload the required documents and pay the application fees.
