The MHT CET 2021 admit card is expected to release this week on the official website, cetcell.mahacet.org. The concerned authorities have released the admit cards for M.P.Ed.-CET, MAH-MCA CET, MAH-M.Arch-CET, MAH-M.HMCT-CET and MAH-B.A./B.Sc. B.Ed.(Four Year Integrated Course)-CET on the official website. The candidates have to specify their application number and date of birth to download the MHT CET 2021 admit card.
As per the official Maharashtra CET schedule, the MHT CET 2021 exam is scheduled from September 20, 2021, to October 01, 2021, in two shifts. The first shift is conducted from 9 am to 12 pm while the second shift is conducted from 02 pm to 05 pm. Thus, we can expect that the admit card for the respective exam anytime on the website. Earlier, this month the state education minister has released the official date schedule for the MAH CET 2021. The minister also announced that if the prevailing situation in the state remains normal then colleges will open from November 01, 2021.
The MHT CET 2021 is a UG entrance test and successful candidates can seek admission into B. Tech, Pharmacy, Agriculture programmes etc in any of the participating colleges. The MHT CET exam is usually conducted for two groups viz. PCM and PCB. The PCM group is for the candidates who pursue engineering courses and the PCB group is for pharmacy, agriculture aspirants.
MHT CET 2021 is held in the computer-based mode separately for both the groups i.e. PCM and PCB. All three papers i.e. physics, chemistry and mathematics will be held separately and each will paper will be having 50 questions accounting for 100 marks. Out of the 50 questions, 20% weightage is given to class XIth syllabus while the rest of the questions are asked from class XIIth syllabus. The duration to complete each test is 90 minutes. The candidates will get 2 marks for each correct answer in mathematics paper while 1 mark is applicable for physics and chemistry papers. There is no prescribed negative marking for the wrong answers.
The candidates can download the admit card from the official website of Cetcell, Maharashtra, cetcell.mahacet.org. On the website, they need to click on the MHT CET admit card 2021 on the admit card link section. On the next page, enter the application number and date of birth and click on the login button. Cross verify the details on the admit card page and save a copy of the same for future reference.
