MHT CET 2018: Last Date To Submit Form Without Late Fee Is 25 March; Pay Late Fee After That

MHT CET 2018 application form was published by Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Maharashtra. The application form is available in online mode from January 18, 2018. The last date to submit the MHT CET 2018 application form is March 25, 2018, without late fees. After March 25, 2018 the candidates can still apply online from March 26 to 31, 2018 by paying a late fee of Rs. 500/-.

Candidates are advised to fill the application form for MHT CET 2018 on or before March 25, 2018 so that they don’t have to pay the additional late fees. Aspirants who are wishing to apply for MHT CET 2018 kindly note that the application fee for MHT CET 2018 is Rs. 800 for all the general candidates and Rs. 600 for reserved category candidates.

All the aspirants who are citizens of India and have passed or are appearing in the qualifying examination i.e. HSC/12th Standard examination or its equivalent examination are eligible for appearing in MHT CET 2018. There is no age limit for admission and appearing to MHT CET 2018.

For filling the application form for MHT CET 2018, candidates need to first register themselves by entering their name, father’s name, mobile number, date of birth and email id. They will have to create their passwords. Once registered successfully, candidates will be given the option to login and edit the details, upload documents as required, etc.

For login, you will have to provide email id, mobile number and password. After that you can upload your photograph and signature. Both of the files should be in jpg format. The minimum file size for photograph is 15 kb and the maximum is 50 kb. The photograph must be a recent colour & passport size which is taken against a light background. The minimum file size for signature is 05 kb and maximum is 20 kb. No any other specifications will be valid. Check whether the uploaded files are clearly visible or not. After verifying this, move to the payment gateway.

After completing all the steps regarding registration and completing the details and information of the MHT CET 2018 Application Form, take the receipt of the confirmation page for future purposes.

Candidates who will successfully apply for the entrance test will be given the chance to download their admit cards. It will be available only for the registered candidates. For downloading the admit card for MHT CET 2018 exam, you will have to enter the application number, password and security key in the login page. After successful login, your admit card will appear on your screen which will show the details of your roll number, name, registration number, signature, photograph and address of the exam center.

There is also a possibility that someone forgets his/her application number or password. The option to get these credentials back is also available. Don’t forget to carry your admit card on the test center on the examination day. It will work as the proof for your validness. Without having the valid hall ticket, no aspirants will be allowed for appearing in the test.

MHT CET 2018 is the state level entrance exam for admission to engineering and technology, pharmacy programs in Maharashtra. Lakhs of class twelve pass students appear in it every year. Exam is scheduled to be held on May 10, 2018.
