Meghalaya Board of School Education (MBOSE) has announced HSSLC result 2020 for Commerce, Science, and Vocational streams on July 09, 2020. The result has been declared online at mbose.in and megresults.nic.in. A total of 30,697 students registered for the Meghalaya Board HSSLC exams 2020.
The Meghalaya Board concluded the plus two exams in the month of June, however, due to COVID-19 lockdown, some of the papers were deferred. The board conducted the pending papers on mathematics, physical education, statistics from June 8 to 10, 2020. The combined MBOSE HSSLC exam results for all these exams has been declared now.
This year, around 30,000 students appeared in MBOSE HSSLC examination 2020. In the Science stream, a total number of 3566 students appeared for the exam. A total number of 2576 students passed the exam from the Science stream. The overall pass percentage of the Science stream is 72.24%.
The toppers of the Science stream are Kaustabh Choudhary who bagged the first position with 468 marks. The second position is shared by Anirban Das and Disha Chakraborty with a total of 447 marks. Al Amin Miah bagged the 3rd rank with 442 marks. The names of the rest of the toppers are Bevan Alesanlang Nongbri, Rituraj Deb, Ishanee Chatterjee, Shaiborlang Nongbri, Hoihneiniang Hangnung, Wankerlang Sohtun, Amit Kumar Rai, Bikash Barman.
The total number of students who appeared for the Commerce stream are 2179. A total of 1684 students passed MBOSE HSSLC examination 2020. The overall pass percentage of the Commerce stream is 77.28%.
In the Commerce stream, Komal Sharma bagged the first position with the total marks of 445. Vinod Prajapat secured the second rank with 444 marks. The third position is bagged by Kumar Ayan Sharma with 439 marks. Rest of the toppers of the Commerce stream are Pradeep Sharma, Sukanya Pradhan, Ajay Dkhar, Emika Rachelle Nongkynrih, Prasanta Karki, Varsha Agarwal, Dipsikha Das, Puja Ojha.
A total number of 12 students appeared for the Vocation stream. 10 students belonging to the Vocational streams have passed the exam. The pass percentage of the vocational stream is 83.33%.
The students can check their results for MBOSE HSSLC exam 2020 by visiting the official website. On the homepage of the website, the students have click on the relevant link of result as per their stream. Then, in the login window, the students have to enter their roll number as mentioned on the admit card. After entering the details, the students have to click on the ‘submit’ button. Finally, the students have to download their result and take a printout of it for future references.
