Directorate Technical Education (DTE), Madhya Pradesh Government, has announced the College Level Counselling 2018 dates. The College Level Counselling (CLC) 2018 registration will start on July 31, 2018. This counselling is done for the vacant seats after centralized counselling in Engineering and Polytechnic colleges of Madhya Pradesh.
The details of colleges, branches and seats available for CLC is available at the official website, dte.mponline.gov.in. Candidates have to register by paying the registration amount which is Rs. 230 for all categories. To pay the registration fee candidates can use online modes or visit the nearby help centre kiosks. In addition to that, candidates can also submit the registration fee in cash at the MP Online kiosks. Counselling will be done for admission in 1st year in courses in Diploma-Engineering, PPT/Non-PPT/Ambedkar-Enkalvya Yojana.
For Diploma Engineering courses, admission will be given on merit basis in the PPT-2018 entrance examination, and if further of vacancy available, admission will be on the basis of merit, as per the marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
In the Diploma (Non-PPT) courses, admission process will be based on the qualifying examination. Also, for diploma courses under the Dr Baba Saheb Ambedkar/Eklavya Yojana, the admission will be as per the merit position in the qualifying examination.
After the registration formalities, candidates have to physically report at the institutes they are desirous to take admission with all the important documents and fees. The schedule of reporting will be available later on the official website. After reporting at the respective institutes the status if the candidates will be available online under the “check candidates status” link.
