Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) has released the answer key of the recently held recruitment test at kvic.org.in. The last date to login and check questionnaires and submit objection if any against it is October 14. The exam was held last Friday, on October 4.
KVIC recruitment 2019 is currently ongoing for the Special Recruitment Drive for SC/ST posts under Advertisement No. KVIC/ ADM/ Recruitment/ 2(30)/2019-20. For the same, a test was held last week which was of 2 hours duration. The test consisted of 35 marks questions on general intelligence and reasoning, 35 marks for general awareness, 25 again for quantitative aptitude, and 15 for english comprehension.
Now the answer key has been released within a week of holding the exam. Candidates who had appeared in the exam need to go to kvic.org.in and click vacancies button in the bottom menu. Then on the vacancies page, locate the section on special recruitment drive for SC/ST and click the answer keys link there.
Answer key of KVIC recruitment 2019 has been released via login. Thus to check the same, candidates need to login with their user ID and password. The system is such that a forgot password link as well as reset password link has been provided on the login page. Thus ensuring that forgetting login credentials does not hinder checking the answer key or objecting against it.
Nevertheless user ID is a unique data for every candidate, and the same needs to be remembered. It is required to login as well as to recover and reset password. The same will also be required to check results.
Before the exam, KVIC had released an alfa list of candidates for the online test. It is still available on the website, containing applicant name, post applied for, and application sequence number.
KVIC recruitment 2019 was notified on July 1. Online applications were accepted until July 31. Although initially the exam was supposed to be held in August, it ultimately got held in October. The exam was held in Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Guwahati, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Bhopal, Nagpur, Raipur, Goa (Panaji), Dehradun, Vijayawada, Thiruvananthapuram, Lucknow, Patna, Ranchi, Ahmadabad, Jammu, Bhubaneswar, Varanasi & Shillong.
The total number of vacancies to be filled through this recruitment is 119. Candidates were allowed to apply for multiple posts under different groups. However for each post, candidates had to apply with a different email ID and generate and submit separate application forms. The maximum number of posts that one could apply for was 2.
KVIC or Khadi and Village Industries Commission is a statutory body by the Government of India. It functions under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.
