University of Kota (UoK) announced the B.Ed 2nd year result 2019 today, at 2 pm. Students enrolled in B.Ed program of the university, who appeared in the second year exams, can now check their results.
Bachelor of Education is a professional degree that involves subjects relevant for pursuing teaching as a profession. Now mandatory for most schools, B.Ed is a popular program after graduation. With education being one of the six faculties of Kota University, a sizable number of students are enrolled in UoK B.Ed. Today, the university declared results for final year students of this program only.
In order to check results, one has to go to the official website that is uok.ac.in. Then go to the exams and results page (link for the same is in the second menu). From the next page, navigate to the result panel by clicking result panel link. Then select result type as main, course as professional courses, and in class for result, select B.Ed – II Year program.
UOK B.Ed 2nd year result 2019 can be checked by roll number. Thus once students select result type, on the next page they have to login with roll number, and mother’s name.
Kota University displays various details in the online result. Visually, the result data is split in three parts. At the top, are roll number, name, fatehr’s name, mother’s name, category, enrollment number. Below that are marks details. B.Ed students can see marks obtained in hindi, english, knowledge and curriculum, assessment for learning, creating of inclusive school, health and physical education, understanding the self internal AS, school internship (phase 1, 4 weeks), external assessment on final lesson. In this section, are marks semester wise.
The third section contains final result. There are theory and practical marks for first year, second year, then total. Besides it, is the division, grand total, and result.
B.Ed second year is the final year. After B.Ed, one can plan a career or pursue higher education. Those who wish to become teachers can apply for TETs at national level (CTET) or state level. Besides schools, other educational institutes may also offer teaching positions depending upon vacancies. Those who wish to pursue higher education can go for M.Ed.
The University of Kota was established in the year 2003. It is a public university with over 175 affiliated colleges, six faculties namely arts, commerce and management, education, law, science, social sciences. It is acclaimed as the only university of the state that offers masters program in wildlife science. The varsity was recently in news due to some mishap in double posting of registrar vacancy. As on the first of the month it was reported that two persons are mistakenly on the same post; and this situation has been created twice before too.
