The University of Kerala on behalf of universities of Kerala will announce the result for KMAT Kerala 2018 June Exam today at 5:00 PM. According to the official notice, the result will be declared on July 12, 2018. It will be available to download from http://www.kmatkerala.in. You can directly download it from the link available on the website.
The result will release in the PDF format containing the ranks of the candidates who appeared in the pen & paper-based test. The PDF will also contain the candidate’s name, roll number, application number, marks of each section and the total marks. Moreover, the result will have the scores of those students only who will clear the minimum qualifying marks specified by the university. The cut off will release separately for general, SEBS and SC/ST categories.

Last year, the cut-off for general candidates was 108 out of 720 marks ie 15% of the total maximum marks. Whereas for SEBC category, the minimum qualifying marks were 10% of the total maximum marks ie 72 out of 720 marks. For SC/ST category it was 54 marks ie 7.5% of total 720 marks. Let’s see if this year there will be any change in the minimum qualifying marks for KMAT Kerala June Exam.
Moreover, the ratio of all these categories will be 80:10:10 in each round. So, their proportion shall be the same in the entrance examination, group discussion, and personal interview round. All the admitting institutes shall follow the same guidelines throughout.
Further, after the release of the result, the scorecard will be available to download from July 16, 2018. Candidates have to access the official website to download the scorecard. You need to enter the SB Collect Reference Number and Password to obtain the scorecard. It will contain the individual marks of each section and overall marks. It is necessary that you download the same before the completion of admission process. After that, no request for the duplicate mark sheet will be requested.
After the announcement of the result, candidates can apply to different institutes through KMAT Kerala 2018 June Exam. According to your rank, you can apply to various universities departments, affiliated management colleges including autonomous colleges in Kerala. Candidates can also apply through CAT/ CMAT scores for which cut-off will be released separately.
Once you have applied for the admission, the selection process for each institute will start soon. You must visit their official website to get the latest updates. Moreover, the selection process may include group discussion and personal interview round. You need to clear these round to get the final admission in the MBA programme.
