Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has made an important announcement with regards to the availability of CET correction link 2021. The authority says, that the link to do editing in application form will be available from 6 PM today. Initially, the form correction process was supposed to be start at 11 am.
Students who have applied for the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2021 had been searching for the link to edit form since morning. That the provision shall be made available from 11 am was mentioned in the bulletin. However for undisclosed reasons, KEA has postponed the process by 7 hours.
Asper the information bulletin of KCET 2021, the closing date and time for form editing will be July 22, 2021, at 5:30 pm. Whereas the start time of the CET editing has been delayed, there is no notification on any extension in end time of the editing process. Hence, students should try and make their corrections as soon as possible.
As far as the link for the correction process is concerned, there are high chances that it will be the candidate login page itself. It may be noted that the KCET 2021 candidate login can be accessed at the url cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/ugcetapplication2021/forms/loginpage.aspx#no-back-button.
How to edit CET application form?
The process of editing the application form will be completely online, and can be accomplished via the following steps.
Step-1: Candidates have to access the link to edit the form.
Step-2: In order to login, and edit the application form, one will have to enter user id, which is same as the application number, and password.
Step-3: After logging in, candidate can edit all the details in the form. And submit the same.
No additional fee et al shall apply.
However in case a separate link is provided for the form editing process, in that case the url to login will be different. Nevertheless even then, the login credentials required should be the same. Hence, anyone who wishes to edit the KCET registration, should keep their user id and password handy.
The KCET exam is for 12th PUC and similar qualification students. In related news for the 2nd PUC students, the result for 2nd PUC is going to be declared tomorrow, at 4:30 pm. For the same, DPUE recently released the register number, which will be required to check the class 12th results.
The application form for KCET exam was available until last Friday. And today happens to be the deadline to pay fees. It is probable that the form correction process has been delayed due to the extension in fee payment deadline.
This state level entrance exam is all set to be held on August 28, and 29, 2021. On both the exam dates, the exam will be held in two slots, 10.30 am to 11.50 am, and 2.30 pm to 3.50 pm. On day 1, the exam will be held for Biology and Mathematics, and on day 2, the tests for physics and chemistry will be held. farm science, B.Pharma etc professional courses.
