Karnataka Examination Authority has released the KCET Admit Card on its official website i.e. cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/ on August 12, 2021. The KCET 2021 is scheduled on August 28, 2021, and August 29, 2021, for four papers in two shifts i.e. 10.30 to 11.50 AM and 2.30 PM to 3.50 PM. Earlier, the KEA released the exam centre and payment status on August 06, 2021. According to the official notification, the KCET Exam 2021 will be conducted in around 54 exam centres in 29 districts located in Karnataka.
Along with the KCET Admit Card, the authorities have also released the list of 71 students who either have their photo or signature or both missing from the admit card. The authorities have released a press note for all those candidates to update the status of both. The candidates are required to draft a mail with a scanned copy of the SSLC marksheet and photo-id to the official mail id of the KEA i.e. [email protected] Although they have not mentioned any last date, however, the candidates have to do this before August 28, 2021.
Meanwhile, the candidates who have mentioned their correct details and are willing to download their KCET Admit Card 2021 follow the steps below:
Step 1: The candidates must begin by visiting the dedicated portal of the KCET i.e. cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/
Step 2: On the homepage, the candidates have to click on the flash link available on the top, “UGCET Download Link-Admission Ticket”.
Step 3: Then, the candidates will be redirected to the admit card login page. Therein, they have to enter the Candidate’s Application Number, DOB as per the SSLC mark sheet, and click on the submit button.
Step 4: The admit card will be displayed on the next tab, the candidates can cross-check and verify the same for any error or glitch.
Step 5: In the end, the candidates have to save and take a neat printout of the KCET Admit Card 2021.
The KCET Admit Card comprise a lot of details that are really important for the entrance exam. The list of the things found in the admit card of KCET is the Candidate’s Name, Roll Number, Address of the test venue, Date and time slot of the KCET Exam Candidate’s Photograph and Important Instructions for the exam day.
The KCET exam is an offline pen and paper test and it comprises four subjects i.e. Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry. The Mathematics and Biology paper is scheduled for the first day i.e. August 28, 2021. While the Physics and Chemistry paper is scheduled for the second day i.e. August 29, 2021. Each paper will account for 60 questions and the total duration for completing the same will be 70 minutes.
