Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) has declared the Karnataka SSLC Result 2019 today, April 30, 2019, at around 12:04 pm through a press conference. The link to check the result is available on the official website- kseeb.kar.nic.in or karresults.nic.in. Candidates waiting for their result can now check their result by entering their registration number in the login space.
To check Karnataka SSLC Result 2019, candidates have to visit the official website- karresults.nic.in. After clicking on the link, you will be redirected to the login page. The candidates have to fill in their registration number in the space provided on the login page. After filling the login details, click on the “Submit” button. Once the login will be successfully done, your result will appear on the screen. The candidates can check their result and download it for future purposes.
Note: Do not forget to carry your hall ticket in order to avoid the last minute rush.
The passing percentage for SSLC examination 2019 is 73.7%. As per the reports, there is an increase of around 1.77% as compared to last year. The girls of the state outshine boys. The passing percentage of girls is 79.59%. While the boys passing percentage is 68.46%.
Srujana D (St Philomena English High School, Bangalore) and N Parameshwar Naik (Colaba Vithob Shanbhag, Uttara Kannada) has secured the first position by scoring the full marks.
As per the reports, the top three districts which have topped the Karnataka SSLc exams are Hassan, Ramanagar, and Bangalore.
The Karnataka Board conducted the SSLC examination from March 21 to April 04, 2019. A total of around 8.41 lakhs students appeared for the SSLC examination this year. However, the number of candidates has increased by 3,578 this year as compared to 2018.
Around 8,25,468 students have appeared for the exams. Out of which total 6,08,336 students have passed the exams. As per the reports, 35,118 students got A+ grade and around 1,09,316, students received A grade.
The highest number of candidates who appeared for class 10 examination was from Bangaluru South with a count of 65,451 students. The number of students who appeared from Bengaluru North was 49, 336. However, the least number of students were registered from COORG with a count of 7,240. Not only this Sirsi also have the least number of candidates registered that is 9,736 followed by Uttara Kannada with 9,766 students. Moreover, 4,651 students were given a chance to choose a subject as they were specially-abled children.
Any candidate who will not the able to qualify the examination need not worry. These students can apply for the compartment examination which will be conducted by the board. As per the reports, the compartment examination will take place in the month of June 2019. However, the result for the same will be declared in the month of July 2019. The board will release the circular regarding this very soon.
