Candidates all over the nation are continuously refreshing the official website of JNUEE 2018 to check the result. Those who are smart enough landed themselves on the result portal of JNUEE which displays, “Result of JNUEE 2018-19 has been declared”. The screenshot of the official result portal is as shown below:
Various education portals, including the newspapers, are reporting since morning that the result for JNUEE is available now and the candidates can check it. Yet, none of the students has been able to check it. The already overflowing anxiety among the candidates reached brim when despite several attempts they were not able to select Program of Student, Filed of Study in the result login. For sure this an apprehensive situation for the students but anyone could be easily misled by the message displayed on the official result portal.
After receiving several queries from the students, we called up JNU. We had word with the official and this is what they told us:
As per the information brochure, the result for B.A (Hons) 2 year, M.Sc. in SCMM & SCIS, M.A, M.Phil, Ph.D, PGDE, M.Tech, MPH, COP, and FOP & ADOP is due to be announced on February 21, 2018. However, now it seems that the candidates will have to wait for a while.
The official dates for viva-voce, in these particular subjects, is March 20, 2018. If the JNUEE result is delayed for long, the dates for viva will also be pushed back. This will automatically lead to postponing of merit announcement, which is supposed to be disclosed by April 15, 2018.
Students should not let this affect their mental frame of mind Whenever the result will be announced, we will inform you all. The University will announce it online and to check it you will have to enter Program of Study, Field of Study, and Application Number / Registration Number.
After the release of the merit list, the successful candidates will have to register for the respective course. The registration will begin in the month of July and the candidates will be able to do it online. The last date to pay the fee is July 31, 2018.
