The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) will soon release the date sheet for class 12. Once released, students will be able to check the same from the official website – jkbose.nic.in. As per reports, the timetable for the Kashmir division is likely to release any time soon. The examinations will be held across more than 70 centres across Jammu and Kashmir in offline mode. Prof Aijaz Hakak, joint secretary of JKBOSE has said that the 12th date sheet can be expected soon. As many as 83,000 students have registered for the class 12th examination in the Kashmir division this year.
The JKBOSE 12th Date Sheet 2021 is expected to be released for all subjects. The reports also suggest that class 12 exams are likely to start from November 8, 2021, onwards. Yet, there has been no official confirmation regarding the same. Hence, students must take note that this date is only tentative. However, to know the actual examination dates, they should wait for the official notice that is expected to release soon.
Again, it must be noted that JKBOSE has not finalised the dates for the class 10 exams. Reports say that they are also likely to begin in November 2021. To speculate, the exam is likely to be conducted in the third week of November 2021. In case this happens, then they are likely to start after the commencement of class 12 exams. For class 10, there will only be five papers. These exams will be managed in the gaps available in the routine of class 12th examinations. These exams will also be held offline by adhering to the COVID-19 safety measures.
Right after the release of the JKBOSE 12th Date Sheet 2021, the admit cards and exam centres will be published. This time, the authorities have added that the number of exam centres has been increased so that proper social distancing can be maintained during the exams. So far, it is known that more than 700 exam centres will be functional to conduct class 12 exams. Furthermore, every centre will be filled with only 50% capacity.
The board has also reduced the syllabus of classes 10 and 12 by 30%. This was done to compensate for the time that was lost due to online classes. As mentioned earlier, students must take note that the dates given are only tentative as no official confirmation regarding the same has been made.
