The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has declared the class 11 result today for the Kashmir and Kargil Divisions. The result is available online at the official website of JKBOSE that is jkbose.ac.in or at result3.jkbose.ac.in. To check the result of Higher Secondary Part One (11th Class), Annual 2020, visit the official website of JKBOSE and then click on the ‘result link’ on the homepage. Next, log in with the roll number and the result shall be available on the next screen.
The JKBOSE result 2021 comprises important details like the name of the candidate, roll number, grades, percentage, marks obtained, etc.
JKBOSE has also declared the JKBOSE Class 11th Result of the Leh and Kashmir region earlier this month. Candidates will get their original mark sheet and certificates from their respective school authorities.
Further, J&K administration and J&K Board of School Education have decided to cancel the remaining exams of Class 10 and postponement of remaining papers of Class 12. The Class 10 examination commenced on April 3 and was scheduled to end on April 24 while the Class 12 examination started on April 1 and was scheduled to end on April 29, 2021. Also, The J&K class 11 exams 2021 have been postponed till further notice and the Jammu and Kashmir university exams have been postponed till April 20.
Moreover, all schools and coaching / tuition centers have been shut till April 30, 2021. Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir has tweeted, “In view of COVID-19, class 11th exams have been postponed. There will also be a ceiling on gatherings and functions restricting to 100 persons from earlier 200.”
JKBOSE is the Jammu and Kashmir State Board of School Education. It is an education board in Jammu & Kashmir. Founded in 1975, JKBOSE looks after various aspects of school education in the state. Besides the JKBOSE 10th exams, the board also conducts D.El.Ed, Higher Secondary and Talent examinations.
Currently, India is experiencing the second wave of COVID-19. The increasing number of cases in the country is forcing central and state educational boards to postpone boards exams and final exams for undergraduate students.
The states that have cancelled the class 10 board exams are Haryana, Jammu & Kashmir, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, and Punjab. On the other hand, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Gujarat, UP, and Jharkhand have postponed the class 10 and 12 boards.
The national boards, CBSE and CISCE have cancelled class 10th boards and have postponed the class 12 exams.
