Jammu & Kashmir Bank Limited is recruiting eligible candidates to 26 openings for the post of Specialized Officers. The advertised vacancies are for the posts of Chief Risk Officer (1), Chief Investment/Treasury Officer (1), Chief Technology Officer (1), Economists (2), Chartered Accountants (5), Civil Engineers (8) and Mechanical Engineers (8). The selection of eligible candidates will be done on the basis of interviews only. The information furnished by applicants in terms of their qualifications, experience, and suitability for the post will be utilized as the criteria for preliminary screening and shortlisting for the selection interviews. At the time of the selection interviews, candidates are required to produce their original documents.
Candidates willing to apply for the post of Chief Investment/Treasury Officer must have CA/MBA/PGDM/CFA or similar postgraduate qualification in addition to specified certification and work experience. Those willing to apply for the post of CRO must-have a Ph.D./Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related subjects along with specified certification and experience. CTO applicants must have an Engineering degree in IT or MCA along with relevant work experience. Aspirants for the post of CA must be a qualified Chartered Accountant with relevant experience. Those willing to apply for the post of Economist must have a Post Graduate degree in Economics and relevant experience. Candidates having a Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architecture or Masters degree in Valuation of real estate can apply for Civil Engineer posts. Likewise, those having a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or Master’s degree in Valuation of Plant & Machinery are eligible to apply for the post of Mechanical Engineering. The corresponding age limits are also specified separately for each post in the detailed advertisement.
The appointment of finally shortlisted candidates will be done, initially for a probation period of 2 years. These candidates will be required to serve outside the general cadre of officers for a minimum period of 5 years and may be place in any location in India. CROs, CTOs and Chief Investment/Treasury Officers will be entitled to a pay scale of Rs 68680-1960/4-76520. The pay scale of Economists and Chartered Accountants is Rs 42020-1310/5-48570-1460/2-51490. Civil Engineers and Mechanical Engineers will be posted in the pay scale of Rs 31705-1145/1-32850-1310/10-45950.
