Additionally, NTA decided to conduct a re-exam for students in flood-affected districts of Palghar, Kolhapur, Ratnagiri, Raigadh, Satara, Sangli and Sindhudurg. This exam was conducted on August 03, 2021. Now all that is left is for NTA to announce the JEE Main 2021 Session 3 results.
This year, NTA conducted the JEE Main 2021 session 1 on February 23, 24, 25 and 26, 2021. Results for the same were announced 10 days later i.e., on March 08, 2021, on jeemain.nta.nic.in. Similarly, the JEE main 2021 March session was conducted on March 15, 16, 17 and 18, 2021. Results for the same were announced within 5 days i.e., on March 22, 2021. Keeping this trend in mind, results for JEE Main 2021 session 3 are likely to come out today or latest by next week.
Till that time, students can calculate their tentative scores by checking the official answer keys which were recently published on the JEE Main website by NTA authorities. These answer keys are in a PDF format and segregated in both subject and shift-wise manner. The students can calculate their tentative scores by using them. The JEE Main 2021 rank and percentile shall also be known when the results are out.
How were the JEE Main 2021 March session results?
According to official reports, more than 6 lakh students had registered for the JEE Main 2021 March session. Out of the total registered candidates, 13 managed to score a perfect 100 percentile. This was an improvement from the February 2021 session when 9 students had achieved 100 percentile in the national-level entrance exam.
Another notable moment of the JEE Main 2021 February session results was that Kavya Chopra from Delhi became the first-ever female candidate to score 300 on 300 marks in the engineering entrance examination. Chopra also managed to improve her score as compared to the February session where she got the 99.9 percentile. With the time gap between the JEE Main 2021 March and July sessions, it is expected that more students will score the 100th percentile.
