JEE Main 2022: NTA will reopen session 2 application form after session 1 result

The candidates willing to write the JEE Main session 2 can apply for the same on the official website of NTA.

National Testing Agency has decided to re-open the JEE Main 2022 application form for session 2. The agency will activate the JEE Main 2022 registration form on the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. Earlier, the agency closed the registration portal on June 30, 2022 for those willing to write the JEE Main session 2. However, citing the heavy requests by the candidates, the agency has decided to give a last chance to the aspirants. The JEE Main Session 2 will be conducted on July 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, and 30, 2022. 

JEE Main 2022 Session 2 Registrations

As per a notice released by the agency today, it has been decided to open the registration portal one last time. This facility is going to help those who have not yet registered for the JEE Main 2022. Additionally, this move will also benefit those candidates who are not sure about their performance in the JEE Main session 1 exam. The notice has highlighted that the portal will open once the score card and result of JEE Main 2022 session 1 are released. Also, the complete schedule of the JEE Main session 2 registration will be informed soon.

This move of the agency was welcomed by students who considered it to be a golden opportunity and a final test to get into prestigious IITs. Earlier, today, the students launched a Twitter protest asking the concerned authorities to re-open the registrations. Thanking the agency, the students have been tagging the Education ministry and DG NTA for considering their plea. Check out some of the reactions below.

JEE Main 2022 Session 1 Result, When?

With this notice, one thing is clear the JEE Main session 1 result is on the way. The agency will be releasing the result and score card for the examination soon. With the session 2 exams starting on July 21, 2022, the result for session 1 can be announced anytime till July 15, 2022. As of now, the agency has not yet notified of any tentative date hence candidates are advised to keep an eye on the official website for any updates.
