The National Testing Agency (NTA) has re-opened the JEE Main 2021 Session 4 application form in a bid to provide candidates with another opportunity to apply for/withdraw from the JEE Main 2021 final session exams. Earlier, the last date to apply for the JEE Main 2021 fourth session exam was extended till July 20, 2021. Now, the NTA has responded to persistent demands from the student community by reopening the application form from August 09, 2021. The last date to apply for the JEE Main 2021 Session 4 exam is now August 11, 2021, till 09.00 PM.
The NTA is conducting the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) 2021 in four sessions this year. The first three sessions of the JEE Main 2021 exam are already over. Recently, Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan announced the postponement of the JEE Main 2021 Session 4 exam dates. The fourth session exams are now scheduled to be held on August 26, 27 & 31, 2021 and September 01 & 02, 2021.
As per the notice released by the NTA in regards to the re-opening of the JEE Main 2021 application form for the session 4 exams, candidates who have registered and applied earlier for the session four exams are not required to apply again. However, the NTA is providing the facility for application form correction to such candidates from August 09 to August 11, 2021. Registered candidates will be able to edit information such as category, subject etc. during the said period.
Those who have failed to register and apply online for the JEE Main 2021 session 4 exams earlier, can now do so on or before the last date. The online application process is conducted on the official website i.e., jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates will be able to pay the application fee till 11.50 PM on August 11, 2021, but they have to fill up and submit the application form on or before 09.00 PM on August 11, 2021. The date of release of the admit card for the JEE Main 2021 session 4 exam and the date of release of the result is to be intimated later on the official website.
Applicants are advised to be extra careful at the time of filling up the JEE Main 2021 session 4 application form. This is because after the closing date i.e., August 11, 2021, no more chance for application form correction will be provided.
