The wait is finally over, education minister Ramesh Pokhriyal will make the big announcement for JEE Main 2021 phase 3 and 4 today. As per his latest tweet, the minister will go live at 7:00 pm and will clear out all doubts related to the pending phases of Joint Entrance Examination Main. It is expected that JEE Main 2021 exam date and application form released dates and more such details will be announced today.
As per news paper reports, the application form for the pending phase of JEE will release tonight, at jeemain.nta.nic.in. Apart from this, reports also suggest that JEE Main phase 3 and 4 will be held on by July end or mid August. Both the exams will be held within a time period or 20-25 days.
The reports also suggest that NEET 2021 will be shifted to September if JEE Main is held in August.
It is now confirmed that NTA has finalised the proposal for JEE Mains 2021, and has submitted the details to the education ministry. The actual tweet by the minister is as follows:
Several media reports had earlier speculated that as the COVID-19 situation in the country is improving and NTA might conduct the left-over exams of JEE Main 2021 soon. The nodal agency is giving the final touch to the proposal and likely to submit it in a day or two in front of the Union Education Ministry.
Earlier in May, owing to the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic situation, JEE (Main) April and May 2021 session exams were postponed.
It has been speculated through several media reports that JEE Main 2021 phase 3 and 4 exams might be conducted around July 25 and August 15 respectively. However, the final clearance is expected to come after today’s announcement from the Minister.

The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) comprises of two papers. Paper 1 is conducted for admission to Undergraduate Engineering Programs (B.E/B. Tech) at NITs, IIITs, & CFTIs. In view of the COVID-19 situation, the JEE Main examination is proposed to be conducted four times this year. The examination of the first two phases has been successfully conducted in February and March this year. The examination which was supposed to be held in April & May later postponed due to the then conditions by the NTA.
Candidates in this regard are also advised to keep visiting the official website of the jeemain.nta.nic.in for updates on JEE Main 2021. The admit card for Joint Engineering Entrance Exam for phases 3 and 4 will be released after the announcement of exam dates.
