JEE Main 2019 AIR And Result Expected This Week; Check How NTA Compiles The Result

National Testing Agency (NTA) is most likely to declare the JEE Main 2019 Result by this week’s end. The scorecard will be released under the candidates’ login at jeemain.nic.in and along with it the All India Ranks of the candidates and the cutoff scores to appear for JEE Advanced 2019 will be also revealed.

National Testing Agency will declare the AIR based on best scores of the candidates out of both attempts. This will be valid for the candidates who had appeared for both the January and April attempt. However, for the candidates who have appeared in any one of the attempts, their place in the AIR will be based on the scores of the one attempt that they have attempted.

For the January attempt that ended on January 12, 2019, the results were declared on January 19, 2019. Exactly 7 days after the exam is over, For the April attempt the exam ended on April 12, 2019, thus the result is expected to be out in this week itself. However, since this time NTA will be also declaring the AIR and the JEE Advanced 2019 cutoff scores, the calculations might take a longer time. However, it is very likely that the results will be out soon.

Compilation of the JEE Main 2019 Final Result

NTA is going to declare the percentile scores of the candidates and not the raw scores in the scorecard. There will be section wise percentile scores of the candidates and the overall percentile scores of the candidates. Along with it, the scorecard will have the cutoff marks of the JEE Advanced 2019 exam. The scorecard will also mention that whether the candidate is eligible to register from JEE Advanced 2019. Every year around the top 2 lakh candidates are selected for appearing the JEE Advanced examination.

To check the JEE Advanced 2019 Result the candidates have to log in using their application number and password/date of birth. After entering the data correctly the statement of marks is displayed on the screen. The candidates can check the scores and take the printout of the same for reference.

JEE Main 2019 Result

NTA has announced that the result for paper 1 will be out by April 30, 2019, and the paper 2 result by May 15, 2019. However, as per the trend NTA is might just release the result in this week. The result will be made available on the official website only and will be conveyed or sent via any other modes.

The JEE Advanced 2019 registrations are starting from May 03, 2019. The candidates who are eligible to appear for the exam have to complete the registrations by May 09, 2019. The exam will be held in online mode on May 27, 2019.
