The Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur (IIT-K) has started the answer key objection facility. The online facility for submitting the objection in the JAM 2019 Answer Key has been started from February 26, 2019, onwards. The candidates are allowed to challenge response in the key till February 28, 2019, by 12 noon.
The candidates can submit the objection in the JAM 2019 Answer Key by visiting the official website of JAM 2019 at jam.iitkgp.ac.in. On the homepage of the website, the candidates need to click on the relevant link for submitting the contest in the Answer Key. On clicking the link, in the next screen, the candidates need to log in by entering their Enrollment Number/ Email ID and Password. Then click on the “Submit” button.
After submitting the login details, the candidates will then have to click on the link for submitting the objection in the Answer Key. Next, the candidates need to select the Option ID. The students can select as many option IDs as they wish to submit objection for JAM 2019 Answer Key.
After the candidates have selected the Option ID, the next thing to do is upload the document in justification of the objection raised by the candidate. The objection submitted by the candidate will be considered only if the proof is found to be valid. To submit the objection in the JAM 2019 Answer Key, the candidates will also have to pay a fee of Rs. 500 by online mode.
On the basis of the objection submitted by the candidate, IIT Kharagpur then releases a final answer key. The result for JAM 2019 is going to be announced on March 20, 2019. The JAM 2019 Result is evaluated on the basis of the Final Answer Key. | Check JAM Cut Off here
The Institute released the JAM 2019 Question Paper and Answer Key on February 25, 2019, at its official website, It is available for download in the pdf format, Furthermore, the Institute also released the JAM 2019 Response Sheet on February 20, 2019. The candidates can use the response sheet, answer key and question paper, to cross-check their answers and calculate their probable score.
The score calculation using the answer key is to be done as per the marking scheme only. Hence, the candidates need to add and deduct marks as per the marking scheme given by the exam conducting body.
The Joint Admission Test for M.Sc. 2019 (JAM) has been conducted by IIT Kharagpur on February 10, 2019. This is a national level entrance exam held for admission in MSc, Joint MSc-PhD, MSc-PhD dual degree at IITs and Integrated PhD at IISC. Furthermore, NITs and other government colleges also use JAM 2019 entrance exam scores for M.Sc admission.
