ITI Limited, a Government of India undertaking premier telecom company, is inviting applications to fill up 31 vacancies for various managerial posts. The company has published an official recruitment notification in this regard at the official website i.e. itiltd.in. Eligible and interested candidates are encouraged to apply for the recruitment by filling up the online application form and forwarding the hard copy of the applications to the specified authorities on or before the last date. The last date of submission of online applications is August 26, 2020. On the other hand, the last date of receipt of the hard copy of the application form along with the specified list of supporting documents is September 02, 2020. As per the detailed advertisement released by the company, there are 31 vacancies available for various middle and senior-level managerial posts. There are 02 vacancies available for the post of Executive Director (Projects/Technology) Grade 10 and 02 vacancies for the post of General Manager-Technology/project (Grade 9). One vacancy each is available for the posts of General Manager-Networks (Grade 9) and General Manager-IT & Security (Grade 9). 04 vacancies are also available for the post of DGM-Technology/Project (Grade 7) and 02 vacancies are available for the post of DGM-Networks (Grade 7). There are 02 vacancies available for the post of DGM-IT/Security (Grade 7). 06 vacancies are available for the post of Manager-Technology/Project (Grade 5). 03 vacancies are available for the post of Manager-Networks (Grade 5). There are 03 vacancies for the post of Manager-IT & Security (Grade 5). 04 vacancies are available for the post of Dy. Manager (Tech) (Grade 4) while 01 vacancy is available for the post of Medical Services General Manager (Grade 9)/Additional General Manager (Grade 8).
Candidates must ensure that they fulfil the specified minimum eligibility conditions before applying against any post. For the posts of Executive Director (Projects/Technology), General Manager-Technology/Project, General Manager-Networks and General Manager-IT & Security, candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech. degree in E&C/Electronics/Telecommunications/Computer Science. Along with the qualification, the 21 years of experience for EDR, 18 years of experience for GM in relevant areas is also required. The maximum age limit of applicants for the EDR post is 55 years while for the rest of the posts, the maximum age limit is 52 years although relaxations as per government norms are applicable.
Candidates willing to apply for the posts of DGM must have a B.E./B.Tech. degree in E&C/Electronics/Telecommunications/Computer Science along with 12 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field. The maximum permissible age for the post is below 50 years. Candidates having similar educational qualifications are also eligible to apply for the posts of Manager and Dy. Manager gave that they have at least 08 years of post-qualification executive experience for the posts of Manager and 05 years for the post of Dy. Manager in a relevant field. The maximum permissible age for the post of Manager is 42 years while for the post of Dy. Manager, the maximum permissible age is 38 years. In addition, those who wish to apply for the posy of Medical Services GM or AGM must have an MBBS degree along with a Post Graduate Degree. In addition, such candidates must also have post qualification experience of 15 years for the post of AGM and 18 years for the post of GM. The maximum permissible age for the post of GM is 52 years while for the post of AGM, the maximum age is 50 years.
