The ISC class 12 semester 1 Chemistry exam was conducted today, dated December 13, 2021. The ISC semester 1 board exam is being administered by the Council of Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE). The theory-based examination was conducted in an offline mode for a duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm. The students were provided the exam paper based on objective-type questions consisting of a total of 35 marks. The ISC Chemistry examination is conducted in two parts, theory-based and practical examination for both semesters. Keeping the Covid-19 situations in mind, the conducting body reduced the syllabus and changed the examination pattern for both semesters.
According to the students, the exam difficulty for the ISC Chemistry paper was between easy to moderate and the candidates were able to complete the entire examination within the provided duration. The questions seemed familiar to the candidates who prepared themselves from the Chemistry specimen paper provided by the conducting body.

The students stated that the question paper was centered around the provided bifurcated syllabus of Chemistry.
