Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC) is inviting applications through proper channel to fill up a vacancy for the post of AGM/JGM/DGM. The advertised vacancy is to be filled up by deputation basis by Group A and Group B officers of the Indian Railway. An official recruitment notice has been published in this regard at the official website of the IRCTC i.e. irctc.com. As per vacancy notice number 08/2020, dated September 04, 2020, eligible and intending candidates can forward their applications through proper channel and personally before the last date. The last date of receipt of applications is October 04, 2020.
As per the official vacancy notification published by IRCTC at the official website, there is a single opening available for the post of Additional General Manager (E6)/Joint General Manager (E5)/Deputy General Manager (E4) (HRD). The vacancies are to be filled up on a deputation basis only by employed Group A and Group B Officers of the Indian Railways. The period of appointment is three years or till the organization is exempted from the rule of immediate absorption, whichever is earlier. Post selection and appointment, candidates are entitled to receive compensation at Rs 15600-39100 GP-7600 (6th CPC) Level 12 (7th CPC), CDA pattern. Eligibility to apply for recruitment to the aforementioned post of AGM/JGM/DGM has been specified by the IRCTC in the vacancy notice. As per the notice, candidates who are Group A or Group B officers of Indian Railways are eligible to apply for the recruitment. The maximum permissible age of the applicants is 55 years in order to apply for the recruitment. Candidates not fulfilling the aforementioned conditions are not required to apply for the recruitment.
