In terms of the minimum educational qualifications, candidates must have a BE/B. Tech degree in a relevant discipline with years of experience to apply for the post of Sr. Engineer. Candidates with BE/B. Tech qualifications along with 5 years of experience in relevant industries can apply for the Sr. Technical Officer post. On the other hand, candidates with BE/B. Tech qualifications and having 1-2 years of experience in relevant field or diploma engineering candidates with 5 years of experience are eligible to apply for the post of Technical Officer-I.
For the administrative cadre posts, candidates with Graduate/Post Graduate/CA/CMA/SAS/PG Diploma in Financial Management/Personnel Management and 12 years of experience in relevant industry can apply for the post of Sr. Administrative Officer. For this post, the knowledge of Tally/ERP or similar platforms in essential. Graduate/PG Diploma in Personnel Management candidates with minimum 8 years of relevant experience are eligible to apply for the post of Administrative Officer (Estt). On the other hand, candidates with Graduate/PG Diploma in Management with 8 years of relevant experience in the Hospitality industry are eligible to apply for the post of Administrative Officer (Hospitality & Services). For the post of JMA, applicants must be a graduate in any discipline with knowledge of computer application. The application process is online and candidates need to pay a fee of Rs for applciations for posts that are at Level 9 or below. For posts at Level 10 or above, the application fee is Rs 500. The fees must be paid by Unreserved and OBC candidates. SC/ST, PWD and female candidates are exempted from the payment of the application fee.
The selection of candidates is done through three stages where the first stage (Tier I) consist of a written test, the second stage (Tier II) consist of Trade/Skill/Computer Proficiency Test) and stage three (Tier III) which consists of the personal interview conducted for applicants of posts that are at Level 7 or above. The written test is based on a paper consisting of objective/descriptive questions structured in Hindi & English. Tier-II tests are qualifying in nature and merit list are drawn upon the results of the written test. Admit cards for the test are released two weeks before the exam to intimate the candidates about the exam date and venue.
