All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has begun the registration process for the Institute of National Importance (INI CET) 2022 examination. Candidates can register for the postgraduate entrance exam on the official website aiimsexams.ac.in. They are expected to fill, complete and submit the online application form latest by October 20, 2021, 5:00 pm. Previously, the registration process was going to take place from September 28 to October 18, 2021. However, authorities released a notice announcing the rescheduling of the application process. Candidates are expected to follow this timeline as no further extension will be given to complete the registration formalities.
As per the official notice, all eligible and interested candidates have to first create their Examination Unique Code (EUC). This code is similar to a login ID which a candidate receives after registering on the official portal. Candidates are expected to enter their basic information such as name, phone number, email ID, etc to generate their EUC.
Here are the steps to create a unique EUC –
Step 1: Visit the official website of INI CET 2022 examination i.e., aiimsexams.ac.in.
Step 2: On the homepage of the website, click on the “Academic Courses” section followed by the link attached to the words “INI-CET(MD/MS/MCh(6yrs)/DM(6yrs))”
Step 3: Click on the “proceed” option to access the login page.
Step 4: In the list of given options, click on the “Registration/Login”. To create a unique EUC, click on the “Registration & Basic candidate Information and Generation of Code”.
Step 5: Click on the “proceed” option, add the details and submit them to get the EUC.
Candidates must bear in mind that the previous EUC will not be applicable for the INI CET 2022 January session. Furthermore, only those candidates who have successfully created their EUC will be given access to the application form.
Using the newly-generated EUC, candidates must log in to the official website aiimsexams.ac.in and fill the INI CET 2022 application form. They are advised to check the application form multiple times and edit the information, wherever required before finally submitting it.
Apart from submitting the INI CET 2022 online application form, candidates must also upload their category certificate, if applicable. Those belonging to SC, ST, OBC (NCL), EWS, PwBD categories must upload the caste certificate which has been issued by the competent authorities. Moreover, this certificate must have been issued on any date between October 17, 2020, and October 20, 2021. All these formalities need to be completed by October 20, 2021, at 5:00 pm.
Candidates have to bear in mind that the remaining INI CET 2022 schedule remains the same. This implies that the postgraduate entrance exam is going to be conducted on November 14, 2021, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm for all medical and dental courses. Before this, candidates can check their status of the application as well as submit their documents by October 29, 2021.
