Today i.e. March 15, 2019, Indian Navy has declared the Matric Recruit (MR) Result 2019 for October batch. The result has been declared at the official website i.e. joinindiannavy.gov.in. By mentioning login credentials such as email address and password on the login page candidates can check their result. Indian Navy MR Result 2019 of online examination which was held from February 23 to 25, 2019 has been declared.
The candidates who have qualified the Indian Navy MR 2019 examination among them 1600 candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of cut off marks and those will be only called for the second stage of the test (Physical Fitness Test). As the result has been announced soon the merit list will be released. The candidates whose name and roll number will be there in the list those will be called for the Physical Fitness Test (PFT).
The candidates who will be called for appearing in the PFT for those only Indian Navy MR Admit Card 2019 will be released. The admit card will be made available on the official website. On the day of the second test candidates, physical fitness and preliminary medical test will be conducted. The physical fitness test will be consist of 1.6 Km running (to be completed in 7 minutes), 20 squat ups (Uthak Baithak)and 10 Push-ups. In preliminary medical test candidate’s height and chest size will be measured. For qualifying the preliminary medical test candidates should have a minimum of 157 cm height and chest expansion of 5 cm. Weight and chest should be proportionate.
After the successful conduction of the preliminary medical test, the final medical examination will be conducted the qualifiers of the preliminary medical test will be called for appearing in the final medical test. For the Indian Navy MR 2019 recruitment, Preliminary Medical Examination will be only considered as Provisionally fit subject to fitness in the final medical examination. Final Enrollment Medical Examination of all qualified candidates will be conducted at INS Chilka. The candidates who will qualify the final examination those will be finally selected for Matric Recruit (MR) post. The candidates who will be medically unfit those will be suggested to appeal for specialist opinion in a Military Hospital on payment of Rs 40/- by Military Receivable Order (MRO) on Government Treasury within 21 days.
The training will commence in the month of October 2019. The duration of the training will be of 15 weeks. The Basic Training at INS Chilka will be followed by professional training in the allotted trade in various naval training establishments. Branch / Trade will be allotted as per the requirement of Service. Sailors will be given the discharge on their unsatisfactory performance at any time during the training. After the completion of the training, the initial engagement will be of a period of 15 years.
