Indian Navy is inviting applications from unmarried male candidates for 10+2 B. Tech Cadet Entry Scheme (Permanent Commission). The detailed notification is recently issued by Indian Navy at the official website, joinindiannavy.gov.in. Indian Navy has advertised the Cadet Entry scheme for 34 vacant posts. Eligible and interested candidates can submit their forms against the advertised posts from October 06, 2020. The last date to register is October 20, 2020.
As per the notification released by Indian Navy, the recruitment for 10+2 B.Tech Cadet Entry is announced for Education Branch and Executive and Technical Branch. Those who successfully qualify all the stages are called to join at the prestigious Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala. Here, they are admitted for a 04 years B.Tech Course under 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme.
While applying for the recruitment, candidates should be born between July 02, 2001, and January 01, 2004; both dates including. Moreover, candidates should have passed 10+2 standard while applying for the Indian Navy recruitment. They should have secured a minimum 70% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and at least 55% marks in English. In addition to this, candidates should have appeared for JEE (Main) 2020 for BE/ B.Tech exam.

The online registrations for Indian Navy 10+2 B.Tech Cadet Entry scheme are conducted through Indian Navy website. Whilst filling up the application form, candidates are suggested to keep the 12th pass certificate, 10th pass certificate, email address, JEE Main Scorecard, recent passport size photograph. Once done take a clear print out of application form and carry it to the SSC interview when conducted.
It is mandatory to know what the selection criteria is before candidates start preparing for the recruitment. The first stage of the selection procedure is shortlisting of candidates based on the eligibility criteria. Shortlisted candidates will be informed about the SSB interview in due course of time on their email address or SMS. The SSB interview consists of two stages – Stage I and Stage II. Stage I includes Intelligence test, Picture Perception and Group Discussion. Candidates who are unable to qualify Stage I are sent back home on the same day. Stage II includes the Psychological testing, Group testing and Interview which is conducted for 04 days.
