Indian Navy is inviting unmarried male candidates for recruitment under the 10+2 B.Tech entry scheme at INA, Ezhimala, Kerala

The Indian Navy is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill up 26 latest vacancies under the 10+2 B.Tech Cadet Entry Scheme. The Navy has published a latest recruitment notification in this regard at the official website joinindiannavy. gov.in. Interested candidates can read the notification and apply online at the aforementioned website for permanent commissioning in the course commencing in July 2021. The online application process is commencing on January 29, 2021 while the last date to apply is February 09, 2021.

There are 05 vacancies in the Education Branch and 21 in the Executive & Technical Branch. Selected candidates are to be distributed in these branches of the Navy following successful completion of the course commencing July 2021 in at the Indian Naval Academy, Kerala.

Indian Navy 10+2 B.Tech Cadet Entry Scheme July 2021 Detailed Advertisement

Only unmarried male candidates fulfiling other eligibility criteria can apply for this recruitment. Applicants must be born between January 02, 2002 and July 01, 2004 (both dates inclusive). Candidates must have passed Class 12th exam with at least 70% aggregate marks in PCM and 50% marks in English (at Class 12 or Class 10). Candidates must also have appeared for JEE Main 2020 for B.E/B.Tech admissions. Candidates are to be called for the SSB interviews on the basis of the All India Rank secured in JEE Main 2020 published by the National Testing Agency.

Selection of the eligible applicants is to be done on the basis of cut off rank (JEE Main 2020) as fixed by the IHQ of MoD (Navy). As per the official notification, approximately 900 applicants are to be shortlisted for the SSB interviews scheduled to be conducted at Bangalore/Bhopal/Kolkata/Visakhapatnam from March to June 2021.

Information about shortlisting for the SSB interviews are to be intimated through email or SMS. The SSB interviews are going to be conducted in two stages. Stage I includes Intelligence Test, Picture Perception and Group Discussion. Those who qualify in the Stage I can appear in the Stage II which includes Psychological Tests, Group Tests and Interview to be conducted over a period of 4 days. Those who qualify have to go through the Medical Examination which is to be conducted over a period of 03 to 05 working days.

Those who qualify the SSB stage and are declared FIT in the medical examination are to be dispatched for training in the INA, Kerala on the basis of All India Merit. Candidates are to be appointed as Cadets for 4 years B.Tech (Applied Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering). The degree is to be awarded by the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU).

Np application fee is charged by the Navy for this recruitment. Eligible candidates have to register and apply online at the website joinindiannavy.gov.in as per schedule. Applicants are advised to read the official notification and understand all the terms and conditions carefully before applying.
