The Indian Institute of Palakkad has released the admission notice for the PG courses M. Tech and M.Sc at pgadmit.iitpkd.ac.in. The candidates who wish to take up admission in the M.Tech programmes can apply from March 22, 2021, to April 30, 2021. While the candidates willing to take up admission in the M.Sc programme can fill the application form by April 28 2021, starting from April 15. The Institute is offering the M.Sc Programme in three disciplines i.e. Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. While admission in the M.Tech programme is offered for the Geotechnical Engineering, System-on-Chip-Design, Computing and Mathematics and Power Electronics and Power Systems etc.
The candidates interested to apply to the IIT Palakkad Application form need to possess the relevant eligibility criteria as decided by the Institute. As per the eligibility criteria, the candidates should be an IIT Graduate in the Engineering stream. In addition to this, the candidates should also be having a valid GATE score. While for the M.Sc programme the eligibility is passing a Bachelor degree in any of the Engineering programmes with at least 55% marks.
The candidates awaiting the Application form of the M. Tech and M. Sc programmes can go through the application process as released by the IIT Palakkad. The application form of the M. Tech programme will be available on the official website of the IIT Palakkad. The candidates are required to visit the official application link i.e. pgadmit.iitpkd.ac.in. Post this, they are required to make an account for themselves by entering a valid Email address. In the next step, the candidates can enter their details along with the GATE score. Once the application form is complete, the candidates are required to pay the application fees online through Debit/ Credit Card etc.
However, the application form of the M.SC programme will be available on the jam.iitk.ac.in. The candidates will be required to visit the official website and click on the candidate’s portal. Post this, the candidates will have to create a new account or login with their credentials. The candidates will be required to enter their personal details i.e. Personal Details, Address, Test centre choice, Academic qualification, Scanned image, Scanned Signature and Scanned caste certificate. In the end, the candidates have to pay the application fee using any of the online channels and submit the application form.
