Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has published a revised date sheet for December 2019 term end examinations. Four of the exam dates have been changed in light of Jharkhand assembly elections. Hall ticket for the upcoming exams, will now be released reflecting the new dates; revised schedule and a notice citing reason behind it, have been put up at ignou.ac.in.
As per the new schedule, the exam that was going to be held on December 7, 2019 will now be held on December 31, 2019. The exam on December 12, 2019 will now take place on January 1, 2020. Then the December 16, 2019 exam will happen on January 2, 2020. And the December 20, 2019 exam will be held on January 3, 2020. IGNOU exams are held on an all India level, hence the assembly election of one state was reason enough to change the time table.

Exam dates for B.Ed revised programme TEE Dec 2019 for Jammu and Srinagar will be released separately.
Term end examinations for IGNOU will begin on December 2, 2019, and end on January 3, 2020. Hall tickets for the exam will be released by the end of this month, over ignou.ac.in. As per reports, IGNOU hall ticket will be available for download around ten days prior to the exam, that is around November 21, 2019. Students who had enrolled for the upcoming examination only will be issued admit cards. To download it, they will have to login with their nine digit enrolment number. With a printout of the same, and other documents asked for, they can then attend exam.
Students are required to not enrol submit their registration, but also their assignments in order to sit for the exams.
Further reports suggest that the result of IGNOU TEE Dec 2019 will be declared in February.
Result will be announced in two dates. First it will be announced for those students who have opted for an early declaration. Then results will be announced for the rest of the students. Early declaration is expected to happen towards the beginning of the month, and the other, around mid of the month.
Last year the national open university had conducted term end exams from December 1 to 30. Hall ticket was released on November 22. After the exam, early result was declared on February 4. And result for others was published on February 18.
