Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has released the assignment status 2022 for the current session. The candidates who have submitted their assignments earlier for this session can check the status for the same by entering the enrolment number along with the password. This submission status will comprise the marks scored and the final qualifying status in this round.
The university follows a basic practice of reflecting the assignment status along with the marks scored to the candidates before the examination. Earlier, the last date to submit the assignment for the December Term End Exam (TEE) was January 15, 2022. Those who find any error while checking the status of the IGNOU assignment can report this matter to the regional office of IGNOU.
As per the official brochure, the minimum qualifying mark for IGNOU assignment is 50% marks irrespective of the candidate’s category. Those who secured less than the prescribed marking scheme will be considered to have not passed this section. Earlier, the university had decided to postpone the December Term End Exam (TEE) citing rising COVID-19 cases in the country. The term exam for the December session was slated to commence from January 20, 2022, in multiple shifts.

Step 1: Visit the official website of IGNOU, ignou.ac.in
Step 2: On the dashboard, click on the student’s tab and from the drop-down menu choose the assignment submission status link
Step 3: Next, enter the enrolment number along with the password on the login page and click on the submit button
Step 4: Go through the details of the IGNOU assignment submission status and save it for future reference
Candidates are advised to go through the assignment submission status and make sure that all the details available on the dashboard are correct and error-free. If any problem persists in the assignment submission then candidates can get it rectified within the stipulated time or it can lead to an error in the final result.
