Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) bank has released the official notification for the posts of Executives and Assistant managers. The notification was released today, June 01, 2022, but the registration process shall commence from June 03 to 17, 2022. The bank has announced 1044 vacancies for the post of Executives and 500 vacancies for the profile of Assistant Manager. Candidates willing to join the IDBI bank in any of the chosen posts can fill the application forms on the official website, idbibank.in. The selection process of the recruitment exam is going to have an online exam for either of the profiles.

IDBI Bank Eligibility Criteria 2022
Age Limit: The age limit prescribed for the post of Executive is 20 to 25 years. Whereas, the same for the post of IDBI Bank Assistant Manager is 21 to 28 years.
Educational Qualification: The candidate should be a Graduate in any discipline with at least 55% marks in aggregate.

IDBI Bank Selection Process
The selection process for IDBI Bank Assistant Manager has a written exam followed by an interview and document verification. Whereas, the same for Executive has only a written exam followed by document verification.
IDBI Bank Emoluments
The appointment of the IDBI Bank Assistant Manager shall be considered successful post completion of the PGDBF programme. Post this, they shall be eligible to get a salary equivalent to INR 36,000 plus allowances admissible. However, during the training period, the candidates shall get INR 2500 as a monthly stipend. The appointment of the Executive is going to be contractual n nature hence, they shall get INR 29,000 during first year and INR 31,000 and 34,000 during the second and third years of appointment.
