International Centre for Theoretical Sciences (ICTS) is inviting eligible candidates for the recruitment of Scientific Officer-C, Scientific Assistant B (Audio Visual), Scientific Assistant B (Labs), Administrative Officer D (Head Administration and Finance), Administrative Officer C (Accounts and Finance) and Administrative Officer B (Accounts and Finance). A total of 07 vacancies are out for ICTS recruitment. Candidates interested in recruitment can download the ADVERTISEMENT NO. ICTS-Notice-2020/04 from icts.res.in. Online applications should be submitted on or before the last date i.e. August 31, 2020.
A master’ degree in Science in Computer Application or a full-time engineering degree is required for Scientific Officer C (Web). To apply for Scientific Assistant B, candidates must have a graduation degree in Science or a full-time diploma in Engineering. Those who have a post-graduation degree in Management/ Administration can apply for Administrative Officer D (Head Administration and Finance). Also, candidates with graduation and diploma/degree/ certificate in Management and Administration are eligible for this post. Candidates intending to apply for Administrative Officer C (Accounts and finance) must possess a post-graduate degree in Commerce with Advanced Accountancy/ Taxation/ Auditing. Graduate degree holders in commerce/ B. com with CMA are also eligible for this post. A graduate degree is required to apply for Administrative Assistant B.
ICTS has prescribed the upper age limit for all the posts that are advertised. The maximum age limit for Scientific Officer C and Scientific Assistant B (Audio Visual) is 28 years, for Administrative Officer D is 45 years, for Administrative Officer is 40 years and for Administrative Assistant B is 33 years. Candidates are advised to go through the official notification to know more information about the work experience, age relaxations and their related details.
Applications procedure for ICTS recruitment is conducted through the online process only. Candidates have to visit the official website, icts.res.in. Those who belong to SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD category can apply for posts that are announced for general category (unreserved). Aspirants are advised to take a print out of the filled-in online application form for verification round.
Candidates who are working in Government/Semi-Government/ Public Sector have specified to submit their forms through proper channel. Those candidates who are eligible for further age relaxation as per the TIFR or GOI rules have to submit their forms through an offline process. They can download the application form through the official website.
