IBPS Clerk 2021 Online Application Form

IBPS Clerk 2021 examination, administered by Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has started accepting online applications from July 12, 2021. The last date of submission of the application is August 01, 2021. As per the official notification, there are 5830 vacant posts to be filled up. IBPS Clerk preliminary examination is going to be held on August 28-29 and September 04, 2021. The main examination will be held on October 31, 2021.

In order to apply online the candidate needs to visit the official website ibps.in. Once on the website, the candidate needs to click on the URL ibpsonline.ibps.in/crpcl11jun21/. Once the online application form opens up, candidates need to fill up some basic details. The candidate needs to fill up a name, contact number, email ID, and address. After which, a captcha needs to be filled up and clicked on the “Save and Next” button. Post which, a provisional registration number and password will be sent to the registered email and mobile number. The process of application finishes with payment of fees either by credit or debit cards, or internet banking. The fees applicable for general and OBC category candidates are Rs. 850. For SC/ST or PWD category, the fees are Rs. 175.

While filling up the form, the candidates are advised to take caution for the sake of accuracy. Incumbent candidates may try and avoid five cardinal mistakes. The candidate needs to provide a valid email ID and a mobile number. All communication will be either through mail or SMS, hence, this is extremely crucial. Images like photographs and signatures should be within permissible limits. The max permissible limit for photos is 200×230 pixels, size 20-50 kb. For signature, the max limit is 140×60 pixels, size 10-20 kb. Details filled up in the application form need to match exactly with the valid ID proof. At the time of filling up the marks obtained, the candidate needs to fill up the percentage exactly as per the marks sheet and not round it off. Lastly, the candidate needs to mention the correct Category, selection criteria depend upon it.  

The IBPS Clerk 2021 is an online examination for the selection of personnel for clerical posts in eleven nationalized banks. The prelim exam consists of English, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability. The total time allotted for prelims is sixty minutes. The main exam is of one hundred and sixty minutes duration. The subjects are General & Financial Awareness, General English, Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude and Quantitative Aptitude. There is a negative marking of 0.25% for each incorrect answer. The successful candidates will get a provisional allotment. The final appointment is granted by the participating banks after verification of the submitted documents.
