Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education announced the HP TET Result 2019 today at hpbose.org. A result notification, login to check result, files containing list of qualified candidates name wise for TGT Arts, JBT, Punjabi, Shastri, Language Teacher, Non Medical, Medical, Urdu Result – all have been made available at the website. The the immediate hours succeeding result announcement, the website became a little slow. However upon multiple refresh or intermittently the result was accessible.
The pass percentages highest to lowest are are 37.6% for JBT, 35.01% for Language Teacher,28.52% for Punjabi, 22.01% for Shastri, 20.84% for TGT Arts, 13.16% for TGT Non Medical, 12.5% for Urdu, and 8.95% for TGT Medical.
The highest number of applicants and test takers was TGT Arts, in which 26,867 candidates applied, 24,892 appeared, and 5,187 passed. The second most popular subject was JBT in which 13,158 applied, 12,304 appeared, and 4,626 passed. TGT Non Medical was third most popular with 8,690 applicants, 8,076 test takers, and 1,063 passed. Language Teacher subject had 6,686 applicants, 6,115 test takers, and 2,141 passed candidates. Close behind it in numbers was TGT Medical for which 6,044 had applied, 5,688 had appeared, and 509 passed the exam. For Shastri, 2,703 candidates applied, 2,512 appeared for the test, and 552 cleared it. Punjabi and Urdu were applied for by 355 and 78 candidates respectively, 305 and 64 appeared, and 87 and 8 respectively qualified.

Himachal Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test was held on four dates. JBT and Shastri TET were held on June 16, 2019. Then TGT NM and LT TET were conducted on June 17, 2019. Thereafter TGT Arts and TGT Medical were held on June 23, 2019, and Punjabi and Urdu TET were held on June 30, 2019.
HPBOSE had released the provisional answer key on July 2, 2019, and invited challenges from all candidates, and accepted them until July 7, 2019. On basis of all challenges received now a final answer key has been compiled. Compilation of scores has been on basis of the same.
