HBSE 10th, 12th Admit Card 2021 Out, Corrections till 12 Apr

Candidates can make the necessary changes in HBSE Class 10 and 12 admit cards on or before April 12, 2021 by paying a correction fee of Rs.300.

Haryana Board of Secondary Education (HBSE) released a public notice on April 07, 2021, announcing the release of admit cards for the upcoming Class 10 and 12 board examination. Students can download their admit cards from the official website bseh.org.in.  Furthermore, board authorities have also provided a correction facility to correct the candidate’s signature and photograph.  This facility shall be accessible on the official website till April 12, 2021. Beyond this, no separate facility shall be provided to students to correct their particulars.

HBSE released the admit cards for Class 10 and 12 board exams on April 07, 2021 and announced the same through the public notice. According to the notice, the hall ticket numbers for all students were also released on the official website bseh.org.in. Along with this, the board authorities specified certain instructions to be followed by all students.

Candidates spearing for the upcoming Class 10 and 12 board exams have to take a coloured print-out of their admit cards on an A-4 size paper. Furthermore, admit cards shall only released to students who have successfully registered for the examination. They are instructed to go through the candidate’s details mentioned in the admit card such as name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth photograph, signature, etc.

In case any corrections are needed, candidates have to pay Rs.300 as correction fee and make the necessary changes on or before April 12, 2021. Candidates must also note that beyond April 12, 2021 no correction facility shall be provided by the HBSE authorities. Students must also ensure that the photograph appearing in the hall ticket is the same as uploaded during the application process.

Disable or PwD candidates are permitted to utilise the scribe facility during the examination. However, to avail of this facility, they must submit certain important documents. These include a medical certificate signed by the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), two photographs of candidates and a letter requesting a scribe facility. All the specified documents should be submitted on or before April 12, 2021.

Candidates suffering from dyscalculia are permitted to bring with them a calculator to the examination in case they don’t decide to avail the scribe facility. However, they must also have their medical certificate (signed by the CMO) during the examination.

HBSE authorities also specified certain instructions which are to be followed on the examination day. All candidates have to reach the exam centre 30 minutes prior to the exam time. Electronic devices such as mobile, calculator, etc are strictly prohibited. Candidates must not laminate their admit cards as they along with the invigilators have to sign the document. They must also bring with them their school ID card or Aadhaar Card to the examination centre.

Candidates of martyred soldiers, those wishing to change their examination centre, and those who cannot attend the exam because they are participating in any national or international sports events have to notify the authorities about the same by April 12, 2021. All candidates are further requested to read the instructions mentioned in the admit card carefully before the examination.
