Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers Limited (GRSE), Kolkata is inviting applications to fill up 11 vacancies for various Managerial posts. Through advertisement number OS:04/2020, GRSE has announced vacancies for posts such as General Manager, ADM, DGM, Senior Manager and others. As per the detailed advertisement, there is one vacancy each for the posts of General Manager, Additional General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Senior Manager, Manager. In addition, 04 vacancies for Deputy Manager and 02 vacancies for Junior Manager are also available. The openings are in various disciplines the details of which are indicated in the advertisement. Recruitment to the posts of GM, Add. GM and Dy. GM will be done for an initial period of 3 years which can be extended by another 2 years.

It is important that aspiring candidates go through the detailed advertisement to check the post-specific eligibility conditions. Candidates having Engineering degree with 55% marks in respective fields, CA/CMA qualification along with minimum post-qualification work experience as per the advertisement can apply for GM. Add. GM and Dy. GM posts. Full-time graduates with MBA/PG Degree/Diploma in specified subjects can apply for Senior Manager posts. Experience of at least 11 years in specified areas is required for this post.
Candidates must have a CA/CMA qualification along with 8 years or more of post qualification experience in relevant fields are eligible to apply for Manager post. For the posts of Dy. GM, candidates having a CA/CMA qualification, MBBS degree holders, and full-time Engineering degree holders can apply given that they have acquired the specified minimum years of post-qualification experience needed for respective posts. Full-time graduates with Diploma in specified disciplines are eligible to apply for Junior Manager post. Such applicants must have acquired at least 08 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field.

GRSE will select the eligible applicants on the basis of an interview. Candidates will be intimated regarding the interview through email address. Furthermore, call letters for the interview will also be sent through the registered email id.
