Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has released the admit card for LDC post code 51/13, and JE post code 11/17 for the exams that will be held on October 23, 24, and 25, 2019. To be more specific, the admit card for JE (Civil) post code 11/17 for exam to be held on October 23, 2019 is available, and admit card for LDC post code 51/13 for exam scheduled on October 24, and 25, 2019 are available.
Exams for both post codes will be in online mode.
To download DSSSB admit card 2019, candidates need to go to dsssb.delhi.gov.in. there, in the Welcome to Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board section, the top most link is for this admit card. Click the link with text “Download admit card for the online cbt exam for the post of je (civil) post code 11/17 on 23-10-2019 and ldc (post code 51/13) on 24.10.2019 and 25.10.2019”.
The candidate login opens, where, one can login with application number and date of birth.
Downloaded admit card contains name of candidate, father’s or spouse’s name, roll number, date of birth, post applied for, post code, category, sub category, gender, application number, name and address of examination center, date and time of exam, reporting time, gate closing time.
DSSSB conducts various recruitments all around the year. The board publishes advertisements containing various posts, with specific post codes. The post of lower division clerk (LDC) was advertised as post code 51/13 in the DSSSB advertisement number 03/13. For this post, there are 345 vacancies. There are 174 vacancies for unreserved, 93 for OBC, 52 for SC, and 26 for ST.
For LDC, there will be a one tier exam for 2 hours, 200 marks. The exam will have five sections – . (1) general awareness, (2) general intelligence & reasoning ability, (3) arithmetical & numerical ability, (4) test of hindi language & comprehension, (5) test of english language & comprehension. Each section will be of 40 marks.
Likewise the post code 11/17, for Junior Engineer (Civil) was published in DSSSB advertisement no. 02/17. This post has 70 vacancies. There are 38 for UR, 21 for OBC, 4 for SC, and 7 for ST. For the selection of JE Civil, there will be two tiers of selection.
Tier I will have 200 mcqs of 200 marks. Paper A will have five sections (1) general awareness, (2) general intelligence & reasoning ability, (3) arithmetical & numerical ability, (4) test of hindi language & comprehension, (5) test of english language & comprehension. Each section will be of 20 marks. Paper B will be 100 marks paper on subject or qualification related paper.
Tier II will also be a 200 mcqs strong paper of 200 marks. Paper A will have subject or qualification related questions of 150 marks. Paper B will have english language and comprehension questions worth 50 marks.
DSSSB is responsible for the recruitment to various posts in different departments in Delhi. The body was formed in the 50th anniversary year of Indian independence. The latest recruitment notification published by DSSSB is advertisement no. 04/19, with post code 18/19 for Fire Operator position to be filled in Delhi FIre Service, for 706 vacancies. Application form for the same can be filled until November 6, 2019.
