The National Board of Education (NBE) has announced the exam dates for the DNB PDCET 2022 today dated, November 01, 2021. Candidates aspiring to appear for the examination can check out the exam calendar released by the board on the official website, natboard.edu.in. According to the official calendar, DNB PDCET 2022 exam is going to be held on March 20, 2022.

The board is expected to release the DNB PDCET 2022 official brochure soon along with the application form link, exam dates, etc on the official website. Candidates must keep a tab on the official website regarding the latest updates of DNB PDCET 2022.
Candidates who have completed their MBBS along with the final exam of Post Graduate Diploma are only eligible to apply for the DNB PDCET 2022 exam. Only those courses which are duly recognized as per provisions of the NMC Act 2019 and the repealed Indian Medical Council Act 1956, Govt of India are admissible for this exam.
The examination is conducted online in the computer-based mode and there are 200 questions from eight different sections. The candidates get 4 marks for each correct answer while there is a negative marking of 1 mark for the wrong answer. The questions in the DNB PDCET exam will be in the MCQ format. Candidates shall get 120 minutes to complete the online test.
Candidates who successfully qualify for the examination shall be assigned ranks on the basis of their performance. After this, the board will conduct the counselling process for them. On the basis of seat availability with colleges and candidates’ AIR, they are allotted colleges and specialities.
National Board of Education conducts the DNB PDCET exam in around 24 exam centres across the country. Only those candidates who abide by the eligibility criteria are allowed to appear in the examination. DNB PDCET (Diplomate of National Board Post Diploma Centralised Entrance Test) exam is conducted by NBE to award admission in at least 14 Post Diploma DNB Broad speciality courses approved by the authorities.
The National Board of Examinations (NBE), conducting body of DNB PDCET is supervised by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. The board was established in 1975 and is the umbrella organisation that is responsible for conducting entrance tests for candidates willing to pursue higher education in Medicine. Currently, it is entrusted to conduct postgraduate and postdoctoral entrance test in at least 54 disciplines to award the degree to eligible candidates.
