Office of the Commissioner of Police, Delhi has released the official dates of the Delhi Police Constable recruitment 2021 PE and MT exam dates. As per the official notice, candidates who have appeared in the CBTs earlier and qualified have to now appear in the Physical Endurance and Measurement Test (PE & MT) from June 28, 2021. The admit cards will be uploaded on the official website i.e., delhipolice.nic.in soon.
Delhi Police is conducting the recruitment of eligible candidates for the post of Constable (Exe) Male and Female this year. As per reports, more than 5800 vacancies are to be filled up through this recruitment. It may be noted that the department has already conducted the Computer Based Tests for the initial screening of applicants. Now, the PE & MT will be held. As per the official notice, the PE & MT will be held in Delhi with effect from June 28, 2021.
The official notice also indicates that admit cards for the PE & MT for the further selection of the candidates will be released shortly on the website delhipolice.nic.in. Candidates may note that the Delhi Police Constable Recruitment Admit Card 2021 releases through candidate login on the official website. As such, candidates must know the login credentials generated at the time of registrations to download the admit card.
Delhi Police has also notified that the PE & MT will be conducted by abiding with the social distancing norms issued by the government from time to time during the COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, as per the notice, appropriate interventions will be adopted to ensure the fair and transparent conduct of the selection tests while at the same time, ensuring the safety of the participating candidates and the officials of the conducting body.
It may be noted that Delhi Police has already released the result of the Computer Based Tests held earlier for the selection of eligible applicants. The Computer-Based Tests were held earlier in the previous year from November 27 to December 16, 2020. The department released the results of the CBTs this year on March 15 2021. Candidates who have qualified through the Computer Based Tests are eligible to appear in the Physical Endurance and Measurement Tests now.
As per reports, the PE & MT will include physical events such as a 1600 metre run, high jump and long jump for both male and female candidates. Detailed information about the events for all categories of male and female candidates can be checked from the official website of the Delhi Police Department. In addition, candidates must also comply with the minimum physical standards specified by the department for male and female candidates on the official website.
