AIBE 2021 Registration Extended to 15 July; BCI Undecided on New Exam Date of AIBE-XVI

Bar Council of India has extended the last date to apply for AIBE-16 to July 15, 2021. No decision on AIBE 16 exam date 2021 yet.

Bar Council of India has extended the last date to AIBE 2021 Registration. Eligible candidates can now submit their applications for the AIBE XVI (16) by July 15, 2021. The direct link for the registration is available at the official website, allindiabarexamination.com. However, no decision has been taken on the AIBE Exam Date 2021 yet.

Earlier, candidates were asked to apply for the AIBE Exam 2021 before June 15, 2021. However, the Council has now decided on the extension of the last date to apply. Candidates appearing for AIBE XVI now get another month to submit their online applications. Eligible candidates who want to practice law in India can submit their applications till July 15, 2021.

AIBE 16 Registration Deadline Extended

 LLB degree holders with BCI enrolment number are eligible to apply for the All India Bar Examination. They can register themselves for the exam through allindiabarexamination.com. While registering, candidates are asked to provide the enrollment number, year of enrollment and the state. Enter personal details, educational qualifications and other details as asked in the form. On successful registration, candidates will receive a registration number, password and OTP code. All these details will be sent to the registered email address and contact number. Use these credentials to log in and submit the application form by paying the application fee.

To submit the AIBE-16 application form, candidates also need to pay the requisite application fee. Candidates belonging to the General/ OBC category have to pay Rs. 3500/- whereas SC/ ST/ PWD candidates have to pay Rs. 2500/- as application fee. There are two modes of fee payment – online and offline. Candidates can opt for either of them to pay the application fee. The fee can be paid online using a Debit card/ credit card / net banking (Through HDFC). Those who opt to pay offline can make the payment through the SBI challan.

The Bar Council of India, earlier, has released a complete schedule for the AIBE exam 2021. As per the previous schedule, the AIBE-16 exam was expected to take place on May 30, 2021. The call letters were scheduled to release on May 12, 2021. As we know, the exam and admit card schedule got postponed. The official body has not yet announced the revised exam date for AIBE-16. Most likely the AIBE exam will be organized once the COVID-19 situation is under control. In the upcoming months, one can expect a new AIBE exam date 2021.
