The Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) will close the registration for the Common Admission Test (CAT) for all PG and UG courses except MBA, M. Tech, Ph.D, and Diploma programmes today on March 31, 2022. The examination for admission to various PG courses except MBA and M.Tech is scheduled to be conducted on May 14 & 15, 2022 in the computer-based mode. The date of examination for admission to various UG courses will be published later. The admit card for CUSAT CAT 2022 will be available to download on the official website from May 1, 2022.
CUSAT CAT 2022 Important Dates
The last date to submit the CUSAT CAT 2022 application with late fee is March 31, 2022. Candidates will not be able to proceed with their application after the deadline. However, the candidates who have completed the application form can pay the application fee and edit the form till April 2. Candidates can also edit their submitted applications till April 2, 2022.

Candidates seeking seats under the international students’ category can apply till April 30, 2022. Admission to various MBA programs at the university will be based on the KMAT/CMAT/CAT(IIM) scores and the GD and PI following that. Candidates can apply for MBA till April 25 without a fine, and on April 30 with fine.
Candidates seeking admission to M.Tech Courses at CUSAT should have a valid GATE score in the concerned subject. In case of the absence of GATE-qualified candidates, the admissions will be based on a Department Admission Test (DAT) by the respective departments. Candidates can apply for M.Tech Admissions till April 21, without a fine, and April 30, with fine.
The admit card of the CUSAT CAT 2022 will be available on the official website on May 1. Candidates will be able to download their admit cards till May 14, 2022. The CUSAT CAT-PG 2022 will be held on May 14 and 15, 2022 and the dates for the CUSAT CAT-UG 2022 will be announced later as per the CBSE class 12 term 2 examination schedule. Admission to B.Tech (Marine Engineering) will be based on the score of the Common Entrance Test of Indian Maritime University.
