Cochin University of Science and Technology commonly known as CUSAT will close the online registration for CUSAT Common Admission Test (CAT) 2021 available on the official website at cusat.ac.in by today i.e. April 07. Candidates seeking admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses (except PhD and Diploma) through CUSAT CAT 2021 can apply before 11:59 pm. CUSAT Application Form 2021 for PhD and Diploma courses is available at the respective departments of the university. Today is the last chance for interested candidates to apply for CUSAT CAT 2021 by paying the late fee. Earlier, candidates could fill CUSAT CAT 2021 application form with the regular fee until March 31. The last date of fee payment for the CUSAT CAT 2021 application is April 08 before 11:59 pm.
CUSAT CAT Online Application Form 2021 for M.B.A courses is available until May 31 and, for M.Tech courses, it is available until April 21 without a late fee and until April 30 with a late fee. For M.B.A courses at CUSAT, admissions will be done on the basis of KMAT/CMAT/CAT(IIM) Score, Group Discussion and Interview. Whereas, for M.Tech courses, candidates with a valid GATE 2021 score or with CUSAT Departmental Admission Test (DAT) 2021 scores will be considered for admission.
CUSAT CAT 2021 is scheduled to be conducted from June 12 to 14 at various test centres across India. There will be no exam centre in Dubai for CUSAT CAT 2021, as per the official website.
To fill the CUSAT CAT 2021 Application Form, first, visit the official website i.e admissions.cusat.ac.in. Now, click on ‘ New Registration’, and select CAT 2021 Candidates from the dropdown menu. Thereafter, a new candidate registration form for CUSAT CAT 2021 will appear on the screen. Here a candidate needs to enter details such as Name, Mobile Number, Email ID (active), and set a password, as mentioned in the instructions, to get themselves, registered. Next, candidates need to fill CUSAT CAT 2021 online application form by adding their personal details and academic details and uploading the photograph and signature. Once all the information is completely filled in, candidates get the CUSAT CAT application 2021 preview option. Check and make the corrections if required.
Application fee of CUSAT CAT 2021 can be paid using either the Debit Card, Credit Card or Net Banking, through online mode only. The status for fee payment will be updated immediately or within the next 24 hrs. Thereafter, candidates have to select the nearest CUSAT CAT 2021 exam centres as per their location. The application fee for all India quota/ state merit candidates is Rs 1100 and, for Kerala SC/ST candidates it is, Rs 500. Children of Indian Gulf Workers have to pay Rs 6100 whereas, for Kerala SC/ST candidates in the same category have to pay Rs 5500. On the other hand, for candidates applying for NRI seats (excluding children of the Indian Gulf Workers category), an additional fee of Rs 5000 along with the regular application fee Rs 1100 is applicable.
