Higher Education Department, Government of Odisha is going to conduct Common PG Entrance Test 2021 (CPET) from August 23, 2021 to September 03, 2021. CPET 2021 is going to be held for the candidates who want to take admission to postgraduate courses at the state public universities and colleges. The conducting body will release the admit card of CPET 2021 exam on August 20, 2021 on the official website samsodisha.gov.in.
As per the timetable released by the Higher Education Department, CPET 2021 exam is going to be held in three different sessions every day. From August 23, 2021 to September 03, 2021, the exam will be conducted from 10:00 am to 11:30 am for the 1st session. For the 2nd and 3rd sessions, the CPET 2021 exam will be conducted from 12:30 pm to 02:00 pm and 03:00 pm to 04:30 pm respectively.
Candidates are advised to note the below points regarding the CPET 2021 exam schedule:
- On August 23, 2021, the exam of courses like Anthroplogy, Geography, Marine Science and MBA will be conducted.
- On August 24, 2021, the exam will be conducted for the courses such as Physics, LLM, Commerce and Electronics & Telecommunication.
- On August 25, 2021, the exam will be held for the courses like Microbiology, Zoology, Statistics and PMIR/IRPM.
- On August 26, 2021, the exam will be held for the courses such as Environmental Science, Life Sciences, Population Studies, Sociology, Odia and Philosophy.
- On August 28, 2021, the exam will be conducted for the courses like Economics, Geology, Rural Management, Home Science and History.
- On August 30, 2021, the exam of courses such as Public Administration, Computer Science and Public Health will be conducted.
- On August 31, 2021, the exam will be held for the courses such as Botany, Chemistry, Education and Library & Information Science.
- On September 01, 2021, the exam of courses like Mathematics, Material Science, Linguistics and Journalism & Mass Communication will be held.
- On September 02, 2021, the exam will be conducted for Political Science, Wildlife & Biodiversity Conversation, Bioinformatics, Yoga & Naturopathy, Biotechnology and Social Work courses.
- On September 03, 2021, the exam of courses like Women’s Studies, Electronic Science, Psychology and Marine Biology will be conducted.
The application form for CPET 2021 exam has already been released on samsodisha.gov.in. on August 02, 2021. Candidates can fill their CPET 2021 application form till August 14, 2021, at 11:45 am. After the completion of the CPET 2021 exam, the organizing authority will publish the statewide and subject wise merit list on October 12, 2021, on the official website.
