The Government of Puducherry has hereby decided to conduct the competitive exam for guest lecturer on November 24, 2019, from 10 am to 12 noon, at Bharatidasan Government College for Women, Puducherry.
Candidates who had applied for the exam can download their hall tickets from schoolednpdyguesttecher.in. Whereas those who had applied through employment exchange or directly will get their hall tickets by post, at their registered residential address.
Those who do not get their hall tickets even three days before the exam must contact the Directorate at phone number 0413-2207252 or by sending an email at [email protected].
A list of candidates has also been uploaded on the website on the basis of the documents provided by them.
It may be noted that the question paper for the guest lecturer competitive exam will be of bachelors degree level in respective subjects. All questions will be objective type and the paper will be in a single session of duration 2 hours. The papers will have 90 multiple choice questions of 1 mark each. Against incorrect answers, negative marking of 0.25 shall apply.
Except language papers, the medium of the exam for all other papers will be English.
Candidates are required to check their hall tickets at once and report discrepancies, if any, to the Directorate during office hours, before three days of commencement of exam. The phone number to be contacted or email id to send email is the same as the one provided for those who did not get hall tickets.
Those who were sponsored by the employment exchange need to affix a passport size photograph on the hall ticket, and sign across it.
One should appear for exam in the assigned center only. Permission to enter the exam campus will be only until half an hour before the start of exam. Between then to the start of exam, candidates will be asked to identify their exam hall and get detailed instructions for the exam.
A black ball point only can be taken inside the hall. Any other item including but not limited to mobile phones, books, notes, calculators, will not be allowed in the exam hall. Also, no candidate shall be allowed entry 30 minutes after the exam starts. No one can leave the center till end of exam.
In the exam hall, candidates will be asked to sign the attendance sheet in front of the invigilator, and throughout the exam, should maintain silence and discipline. Upon getting the question paper and answer sheet, the code printed in the sheet should be checked. While filling answers, circles should be completely shaded.
Puducherry guest teacher recruitment 2019 was notified in July. Registrations were open until the last week of the month. The recruitment entails filling 180 vacancies of guest bal sevika, 8 for guest primary school teacher, 64 for guest trained graduate teacher, 18 for guest computer instructor, and 45 guest lecturer.
